Derek Martin, President

Derek Martin is an investor in a variety of different areas and is well connected throughout Central Texas. Growing up in the Temple/Belton area, Derek has been able to witness and take part in the growth of the area over the last 20 years. After graduating from Baylor University, he gained real estate experience by working with his father, Dell Martin, who is also a local investor and successful businessman. Derek has successfully taken part in the leasing, buying, and selling of real estate in the Bell County community over the last five years, as well as the management of several different properties. He currently serves on the City of Temple Building & Standards Commission as well as the City of Temple Planning & Zoning Commission. He previously served as President of the Temple Jaycees and is a 2005-2006 graduate of Leadership Temple.

Scott T. Motsinger, Director of Operations

Scott Motsinger comes to Central Realty Partners with over 5 years experience in the Commercial Real Estate Business.  Scott has assisted clients with traditional sales, leasing, and acquisitions for investment, owner-occupied properties and restaurant site selection.  He has also provided management services to owners of office, industrial, apartment, retail and medical properties.  He has extensive experience in the restaurant industry both as an owner/operator and franchise consultant for a Fortune 500 Company.   Some of the companies that Scott has been associated with include Exxon, Kroger, Aramark, Sodexho, Diamond Shamrock, Shell Oil, Marriott, PepsiCo, Taco Bell, KFC, Pizza Hut and Churches Chicken.

Scott is a member of the Temple-Belton Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, CTCAR (Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors), and National Association of Realtors.  He is also a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) Candidate and a member of the Temple Chamber of Commerce.  Scott previously served on the board of the Ronald McDonald House and is a 2005-2006 graduate of Leadership Temple.
